- Composition of the Executive Committee

The EITA-IP's Executive Committee (EC) is a group of leaders who are responsible for making key decisions, policies and executing the strategy of the entire organization (EITA-IP).

It is essentially a steering committee for the EITA-IP Leadership Team (the Board) and is responsible for dealing with urgent matters and facilitating prompt action during regular Board meetings.

The composition of the EC may vary depending on the structure of the organization, but typically includes senior leaders such as the Chairman, President, Vice Presidents and other key executives.

The EC acts on behalf of the entire EITA-IP management teams and reports its decisions and actions to the Board.

The Board has ultimate authority and responsibility for the governance of the organization (the EITA-IP).
