- Emerging Information and Technology Association, North America (EITA-NA) Division

The EITA-North America division (the EITA-NA division) is the EITA headquarter (Level 2 Management) for the North America (NA) area. 

EITA-NA division consists of a number of regional chapters (separate and independent legal entities) as well as resident coordinators and their offices across the North America region.

 

- Leadership Team (Management Board), The EITA-NA Division

The EITA-NA Management Board (the Board) is the body of senior managers (Chairman, President and other senior executives) responsible for and managing the EITA-NA organization.

The Board plays a vital role in the success of EITA-NA by ensuring that day-to-day operations are aligned with the overall strategic plan. It ensures that the organization operates effectively, achieves its objectives, and adapts to changing market conditions.

  

 

 

- Management Committee, The EITA-NA Division

 

Functions: 

  • EITA’s Division Management Committee, composed of resident coordinators, is usually responsible for overseeing and managing the regional operations of a particular division, ensuring that it is aligned with the overall strategy and objectives of the organization (EITA). 
  • This includes providing strategic direction, managing resources, monitoring performance, and facilitating decisions related to division activities.
