- Objectives

The EITA Steering Committee provides strategic guidance, oversight, and decision-making to align world organizations, projects, and investments with the overall business goals and strategic direction of the organization.

The EITA Steering Committee, comprised of senior executives, advisors, and key stakeholders, is responsible for providing strategic guidance, oversight, and decision-making support for the organization's strategic planning. It ensures that EITA's global organization and projects are aligned with overall business objectives and that project investments are consistent with EITA's strategic direction. Essentially, they "guide" EITA's oversight and decision-making strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Guidance: Offering high-level advice to shape organizational direction.
  • Oversight: Monitoring progress and performance across projects.
  • Decision-Making: Making core choices for major investments and plans.
